Users retain absolute autonomy, discretion, and ultimate responsibility over any trade executions, account configurations, or capital deposits placed through third-party brokerages or digital exchanges.

2. Eligibility and Account Safeguards

To access the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction).
  • You possess the legal capacity to enter into an enforceable contract under the laws of England and Wales or your country of residence.
  • You are not a resident or citizen of any restricted territory subject to UK, UN, or international financial sanctions.

5. Warranties and Platform Availability

Market conditions, liquidity freezes, and software updates may cause temporary service interruptions.

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Regente Capitanca, its officers, employees, and software engineers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from:

  • Trading losses, market liquidations, execution slippage, or capital depreciation incurred via algorithmic decisions.
  • Downtime, network latency, or failure of external cryptocurrency exchange APIs.
  • Malicious cyberattacks, hardware malfunctions, or unauthorized access to user devices.
